About The Farmhouse
At The Farmhouse, we believe in supporting our local farmers. We work with farmers from Kansas and Missouri. It is so wonderful to welcome our farmers during the early hours of the day and be able to serve their delicious goodness to our guests only a few hours later!
Chef Vince Paredes
A Kansas City native, Chef Vince hails from a family steeped in the restaurant industry. A graduate of Johnson County Community College’s prestigious chef apprentice program, he worked as an assistant pastry chef while still a student. In 2018, after a decade-long stint at The Marriott, he took over The Farmhouse in the River Market where he continues the farm-to-table tradition of working with local farmers while drawing inspiration from his Hispanic culinary roots.
