TRUE GRIT GRUB is here!!!

Are you ready for some grub? We are!

The Big Read 2013 is here, and we get to be a part of it! This years novel is True Grit by Charles Portis, and the Kansas City Public Library came up with the great idea of  True Grit Grub.  What is that? Well, from October 7th till October 31st you can come and join us for a special lunch or dinner menu that we created inspired by True Grit.  Order our prix-fixe dinner, or lunch, or any of their accompanying drinks and you’ll get a token.  Take this token to the central library location and you’ll be able to exchange it for a FREE copy of the novel.

The Posting Rooster predicts lots of readers enjoying a great meal, AND a great read afterwards. We look forward to this event, and we think you will enjoy it as well.
