The Farmhouse is closed for service Sat Sep 16 & Sun Sep 17

Love is in the air!! We’re honored to be part of a wonderful union this weekend, Saturday September 16th & Sunday September 17th! The Farmhouse will be CLOSED for service all day Saturday and Sunday in order to cater this off-site event which requires all of our staff on deck.  We’ll resume service on Monday September 18th with a wonderful lunch starting at 11am!

Would you like us to cater your event as well? Whether you would like to host it at our restaurant, or an off-site location like this weekend’s wedding this is the perfect time to get your booking! Answer: It’s “The Chef’s Room” !!!

We’ve had the joy of serving our guests at The Chef’s Room for over a year now, and we are looking forward to serving YOU!!

A few things about The Chef’s Room:

  1. There is NO room rental for the Chef’s Room! (Woo hoo!).  It is however available only during our business hours, with a  surprise catered menu, and reserved only once per shift.  Also to note is that we do require at least a one-week in advance reservation.
  2. It seats up to 8 (eight) guests. Though do not feel that it has to be 8 guests in order to reserve! We’ve had couples celebrating their anniversary; families celebrating birthdays, work/board meetings, graduation parties, bachelor/ette parties, retirement parties, etc…
  3. At The Chef’s Room,  you’ll be served a special, surprise, catered menu. You let us know of dietary restrictions or allergies, how many courses you would like, and any preferred/disliked items. With that information,  Chef Foust will prepare a surprise menu planned and prepared just for you and your guests!!
  4. Would you like to add a suggested pairing? Perhaps with a wonderful glass of wine? Or a beer? How about one of our delicious specialty and craft cocktails? We can def. do that!! Let us know of your preference, and we’ll add it to the menu.

Say what?! December is almost here already??

Can you believe we only have one more month before celebrating the new year?? It feels like it was yesterday that we were celebrating 4th of July and just a few weeks back it was Valentine’s day! Where did the year go?!? Anyway, no need to ruffle our feathers, it is now time to enjoy the holidays in the River Market!

Our specials are always different! What will we have when you come to visit?

Cold weather making you want to stay under to covers as much as possible? Well, then do so and then when you start to get hungry come and join us for brunch!  While reservations are not required, they are highly recommended!! If you have never joined us for brunch, this would be a great time for you to join us!  You’ll get to enjoy our delicious French pressed coffee and comforting & delicious food! Plus! You don’t have to wash any dishes! Perfect! We serve it every Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.  See you soon!!

Also, have you marked your calendar for our first ever Pig & Bourbon Night?  If you have not, well, get that marker out and circle it in! It will be a really fun event, and while we are still getting all of the details organized go mark your calendar so you wont forget and keep posted for more details! (We know, bourbon & pig, we are geniuses!!).

You joined us last spring and loved it… or heard great things about it and wanted to be part of it… well, now you can!  Mark your calendars for a special night of five courses filled with delicious vegan food, great people, and a great time!

Five courses of farm to table deliciousness for $60 per person for food (plus gratuity and tax) or $80 per person (plus gratuity and tax) for food AND paired drinks! Um, yes, we thought so as well!
