Pig N Whiskey Thursdays


Every Thursday night our culinary team creates a special plate showcasing locally produced pork served with gourmet sides for only $20. To accompany the pig plate, Angelica creates a whiskey flight for $10. It’s the best deal in town!!!

This week we’re serving agave-cumin rendered pork belly with a Brussels sprout and radish slaws finished with a cilantro lime cream, a homemade churro with a chocolate ganache, squash and chili soup with poblano cream accent and apples cooked in a peppadew gastrique, and southwest mac and cheese with poblanos, onions and a Cajun cream sauce.  All this for only $20!
