Michael Foust, Executive Chef
Michael has been professionally cooking for over 20 years, but has been in the kitchen for much longer than that. From New York to France with tasty places in between like Portland & Hawaii, he’s cooked, eaten & experienced food of all types from all over, some of which was at Union Square in NYC and L’auberge in Portland, OR. Jack of all trades, he also can weld, is a volunteer fire fighter and philosophizes about why general humanity isn’t more like his dog Grace. Michael’s always up for a great conversation over a bowl of mussels, so come in some time and ask him about his trip home from his continuing education at Le Cordon Bleu in Lyon, France.
The Farmhouse has been in business since July of 2009.
